2026 Conference Cancellation Policy: Participants are eligible for a full refund if the registration is cancelled in writing more than 30 days (by Monday, May 4, 2026) in advance of the start date of the event. Cancellations made 30 days or less than the start date of the event are subject to an administrative processing fee of $150. Written cancellation notification should be sent to amirah@ajpa.org. Refunds will be processed no longer than 30 days following a request. Please include your AJPA confirmation email in your request.
