To create your invoice, click the "Simon Rockower Entry Submission" link below and input the total number of submitted entries in the Qty box. The cost of each entry is $25. Thus, if you submit a total of five entries, your entirepayment would amount to $125.
Click the "Add to Cart" button. Then click "View cart".
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Then fill in your billing details and click "Continue".
Once you have entered in your information along with the number of submitted entries you will be redirected to a page with two options for payment 1) Invoice Me (choose if you wish to pay by check), 2) Pay Online (choose if you wish to pay by credit card).
Publications, after submitting payment, please email your publication logo to admin@ajpa.org. Winning publications' logos will be displayed during the Rockower Banquet in conjunction with the conference.
